Cycling4Gaza hosts an art exhibition

 in aid of the Welfare Association

at The Mosaic Rooms, 226 Cromwell Road

Join us for a drinks reception at The Mosaic Rooms, where we will be showcasing the artwork of young British artist Rosalie Watkins. Special guest Baroness Jenny Tonge will also be present to give a talk about the invaluable work of the Welfare Association in Gaza.

Doors will be open from 6pm for an exclusive viewing of Rosalie Watkins' artwork. The artist will be exhibiting works based upon images she took from different areas in the West Bank, including Bethlehem, Hebron, Nablus and Ramallah. Throughout the evening, you will have the chance to speak to the artist about her work, which will be up for sale.

Around 7.30pm, Baroness Jenny Tonge will talk to us about the Welfare Association's work with Palestinian communities in the West Bank, Gaza and Lebanon.

This evening has been organised by youth initiative Cycling4Gaza. Our aim is to raise worldwide awareness about the ongoing suffering in Gaza, and to raise essential funds for reputable non-profit organisations working in the region. 

This year, we have gathered over 30 people internationally to cycle across Italy from the 29th of September to the 2nd of October in support of the Welfare Association's projects in early childhood development in Gaza.

All proceeds from ticket sales on the evening will go to the Welfare Association. 50% of proceeds from sales of the artwork will also go to the Welfare.
